Shipping destinations

Distributor-fulfilled Green IT products are currently available for delivery to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout. Products governed by another shipping profile may display different options and rates.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping for distributor-fulfilled Green IT products is based on shipment weight:

• Up to 5 lb: $19.95
• 5.001–10 lb: $29.95
• 10.001–20 lb: $39.95

The final shipping charge and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment. Orders containing products from different fulfillment locations or shipping profiles may be split into multiple shipments, and the combined shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

Inventory and fulfillment

Inventory is limited and supplier availability can change. We recheck availability before fulfillment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee supplier inventory. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and refund the unavailable item or order, as applicable.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing depends on product availability, destination, carrier service and order processing. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Orders that cannot be shipped to the submitted address may be delayed or canceled.
