Overview

IT Supply Shop is operated by RJ & AJ Enterprises Inc. These Terms of Service govern use of itsupplyshop.com and purchases made through the site. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Eligibility and account information

You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, contact, and payment information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for confirming that the person placing an order has authority to bind the purchasing organization.

Product information

We work to provide accurate descriptions, manufacturer part numbers, images, compatibility information, environmental attributes, prices, and availability. Manufacturer specifications and supplier information can change. Images may be illustrative. Confirm critical compatibility, certification, country-of-origin, environmental, contractual, and agency-purchasing requirements before ordering.

Postconsumer recycled content and other environmental statements are based on documentation supplied or published by the manufacturer. A product's presence in a Green IT collection does not by itself establish compliance with every solicitation, contract, reporting rule, or government purchasing standard.

Orders and acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute final acceptance or guarantee inventory. We may verify price, availability, payment, address, quantity, reseller restrictions, end-customer information, and eligibility before accepting an order.

We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order for inventory changes, pricing or description errors, payment concerns, suspected fraud, supplier restrictions, export or sanctions requirements, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the submitted payment method for the order total. Government tax-exempt purchasers must provide acceptable documentation before purchase or follow the process we specify; tax cannot always be removed after an order is submitted.

Shipping and risk

Shipping destinations, rates, inventory procedures, split-shipment terms, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and the carrier's delivery record.

Returns, warranties, and remedies

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Products may include a manufacturer's limited warranty. Except for express promises made by IT Supply Shop in writing and rights that cannot be excluded by law, products are provided subject to the manufacturer's specifications and warranty terms.

Business and government purchasing

Purchase orders, solicitations, contract terms, flow-down requirements, delivery deadlines, certifications, and special pricing apply only when accepted by an authorized representative of RJ & AJ Enterprises Inc. in writing. A website listing or online order does not incorporate a buyer's separate terms automatically. Customer-specific, contract, deal-registration, promotional, or government pricing may not be transferred, republished, or used for another customer or transaction.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, use the site for unlawful activity, or copy site content in violation of intellectual-property rights. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJ & AJ Enterprises Inc. and IT Supply Shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the site or a product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold RJ & AJ Enterprises Inc. harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, or misuse or unauthorized resale of a product.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Sacramento County, California, unless applicable law requires another forum.
